Currently the mill is to be restored and is the subject of a wise historical recovery conceived as the fulcrum of the activities of study groups. An innovative concept of research center that sees the fusion of history and technology has been designed precisely for this structure. Inside the project includes:

The proposed intervention is aimed at the recovery of the old building and its enhancement in the context of the activities that the Company has planned.

The typological characteristics will be kept as such and the materials that will be used will be similar to the existing ones.

The project envisaged the creation of a research center immersed in nature with an educational farm, but it can be transformed into a wellness center, yoga center and holistic disciplines, or any other business development project in the tourism or private sector for those who want to be in the nature of Umbrian amazing woods.

The ancient mill is located inside the property of about 1.7ha.

UTILITIES

The house has all the utilities.

The recovery project foresees that all the plants will be monitored and “open” to the testing of techniques and technologies for the reduction of energy consumption, therefore energy plants from renewable sources will be provided.

The property is suitable to be used for multiple purposes as an educational center, convention center, farmhouse or as an investment.
